If your a member of pigsback you could use your points to order boots vouchers and try the oil that way. Something I tried for red marks and scars is Desert Esscence, think it cos me about £8, you only get a small amount so works out expensive, but it worked for me, was really happy with the results.0

hi my friend and i were talking about bio oil today and complaining about hoe expensive it is. my friend shops at bodyneeds or bodycare shop. (cant remember the name really) and she said on the shelf next to bio oil, in the exact same type of packaging, was a product called rescue oil and she swears by it now and it only cost 2 quid! its in the same white and orange packaging.
hope this helps somebodymy boots and tesco addictions are costing me a fortune

Try Holland and Barrett. Ask for advice and they will give you something very similar (sorry, can't remember it's name) that does the same job but at a much cheaper price.
