If more than enough chicken is cooked in a stir fry, can some of it be stored in the fridge and reheated (microwaved)? Within 1 day? 2 days?
There are mixed opinions here!

Cooked from scratch?
I think the difficulty is in thoroughly cooking the chicken again. Should be OK with a microwave, but as I don't use one, I'm not sure.
I'd be inclined to make it into a soup or eat it cold as a salad with some oriental style dipping sauce - add noodles and some fresh salad leaves.Warning ..... I'm a peri-menopausal axe-wielding maniac

I would reheat it in a microwave, but on a low setting for a longer period of time. Put it on a plate or in a bowl and cover it. This would allow it to heat right through and without it spitting, or becoming too dry.Official DFW Nerd Club - Member # 593 - Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts!0

Yes thats the plan here too. I shall go ahead and cook the lot at once. If its a disaster I'll report back
