Letter to creditors please

Hiya All, I've had a scout about (obviously not good enough) to try and find the letter I can send to creditors to tell them to stop, constantly ringing me and texting me and any correspondence should be via post.
I know there some numbers etc., I can quote to them.

By letter. Give them your email address and you just give them another easy way of pursuing you. Never a good idea to give your mobile number to your creditors...No free lunch, and no free laptop
