I want to keep on overpaying my mortgage

I began overpaying my mortgage in 2013 and now have over £14,000 of overpayments on my mortgage. I had a slow start with paying my mortgage which I began in August 2010. I now owe around £25,300 . I took out a five year fixed mortgage in 2012. I have to try to keep on paying my overpayments of £500 a month. I would have to pay the early repayment fee if I paid anymore than that.

You're doing great keeping up that amount of o/p £500 each month, which I make out to be 20% of your mortgage total you are allowed to o/p without fees. Good deal, most only allow 10%, or a minimum payment of £500 but still have a 10% max.
You'll be paid off in no time at this rate.:jAlways have 00.00 at the end of your mortgage and one day it will all be 0's :dance:MF[STRIKE] March 2030[/STRIKE] Yes that does say 2030  Mortgage Free 21.12.18 _party_Now a Part Timer from 27.10.190
