Honestly as a parent I think they will appreciate anything you give them as they know you have little money and the fact you have been a chosen a gift shows you care. I agree with other comments about helping with jobs around the house if you still live at home. If you have any skills to bake, sew and draw then that is a gift made with love. Lots of great bargains in the shops now as they are reducing Xmas stock if you look around0
