Santa's Christmas Dash (Free Prize Draw)

Here's your chance to enter three free prize draws to win up to £1000 worth of Active+ vouchers. Three separate prize draws will happen on the 17 December, 24 December and 31 December. You are permitted to enter both of the draws.

All you need to do to take part is: Enter our prize draw by following https://www.axappphealthcare.co.uk/santa where you will be presented with five Active+ items. When the curtain closes over the five Active+ products you will be presented with sixteen products from Active+. From these sixteen Active+ products you must identify the initial five Active+ products that you were presented with. If you guess the five products correctly your name and email address will go into a prize draw.

If you wish to enter all of the three prize draws you must re-enter for each prize draw for each of the three weeks.

Each week from 14 December – 16 December, 17 December – 23 December and 24 December – 30 December there will be a prize draw and a winner will be picked at random. There will be a total of three prize draws. Each of the three winners picked at random will receive a £1000 voucher to redeem on Active+.
