Hi
Just woken up to a completely baffling e-mail from TalkTalk!
I was due to start the services on 17th December and I received the router in the post yesterday telling me not to connect it until 17th...
The e-mails 'confirms' the order has been cancelled, and says they are going to send me a pre-paid label to send back the router!
I haven't Cancelled the order, and am (or was!) expecting to go Live on 17th!
I called TalkTalk and got a lot of talk about LLUs and if they could get the line released by BT as it was Fibre...? What I don't understand is why they have sent me a Cancellation mail implying I have initiated this when it appears to be something to do with unplugging my BT fibre and plugging it back to TalkTalk? At least that was the jist or it I think.
Still not really any the wiser even after the phone call and the e-mail from TalkTalk implies I have cancelled, not Talktalk.
