I have searched but could not see this mentioned elsewhere.
If you buy online from Dunelm using PayPal and return it in store they will only offer you a credit note they will not refund you via PayPal, I found this disappointing.

Every store that offers Paypal won't take returns in-store, you have to post it back. I've seen the same policy for Topman and JD Sports. The tills in-store can't credit back to |PayPal so for money-laundering reasons they can't refund in store. Just do a return by post instead.0

            Thanks for your reply.
The Bodyshop did refund me on a PayPal item that I returned to store.
This post is more of warning to other people to be aware of this refund issue.0

Screwfix accept returns to store and they call the contact centre to arrange the refund back to paypal. This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0

Depending on the reason you may be entitled to a refund. Of course the store may be entitled to tell you it's not accepted in store and you must post but ultimately you may still have a statutory right depending on the reason.0
