Green energy Nationwide

Hi all
I had a 4KW solar panel system fitted by Green Energy Nationwide in August last year, 2 of the panels have slipped and I cannot seem to get in contact with them, their website has gone the domain name is
available the email address takes you to the domain name site, the 0800 phone number no longer exists and the premium 0843 no I have called 4 times 3 times leaving a message which has not been replied to and the last call I stayed waiting for 1 hour and 6 minutes before I gave up. Has anybody had any luck in contacting this company.

I have just had a thought about the 0843 phone number, I cant see that it could ring for that long without being answered if there was anyone there to answer it, I believe that they are just taking the money from the 0843 number and there is nobody there to answer the phone.

Thanks in advance.

Sam

Hopefully that insurance company were guaranteeing your warranty so should now accept responsibility and find you someone else to rectify any faults.

For years, pre-dating Solar PV FIT, when Solar Thermal was in fashion, it has been pretty much standard practice in the 'solar industry' for firms to cease trading and then start up again under a different name.

I suspect that this practice will continue if there are less quick bucks to be made now FIT is to be reduced.
