  • When I talked to The Money Shop they talked about my account. What account says I? I have had PD loans but not for a while. However, they found my account based on postcode, name etc and I got the impression it wasn't a PD loan with them but with someone else. (Are they a broker type?)
Having sorted that out and confirmed the cash was mine they tried to update my 'account' but I said 'no thanks'. As stated earlier they can't tap my bank account but I have changed my passwords etc. (ever cautious)
Son did have a PD loan last year.

As for your friend who hasn't had a PD loan - ???? I would probably ring fence the cash and see if a letter arrives.
