I've had two problems with Amazon lately.
The first is where the courier didn't ring (I saw his van arrive) left the package on my step and drove off, the Amazon site said it had been handed to me.
The second is where I couldn't find a place to add the discount code and the site seems to have bought a Ebook directly without adding it to the basket, although it's still being processed.
Is there an email address or site page where I can report these problems? The nearest I can find is to rate packaging!
