Amazon Won't Communicate–Awful Customer Services

Good morning,
Back in the middle of November I had an email from Amazon to say my account was put on hold due to some 'unauthorised' activity. I needed to open a new account and let them know, when I wrote to them they would take over my order history, amazon prime membership and all my kindle stuff.
I wrote to them from my new account but they want to confirm it is me and want me to contact them from my previous email address. I have to do this via the support option when I'm logged in...
I can't log in due to Amazon putting my account on hold... complete stalemate and despite over 14 calls and numerous emails I just can't get beyond the reply message to contact them from 'my account' section when logged on. No one is actually reading my email to see what the problem is.
I have tried the 'resolver.co.uk' that MSE recommends but that is the same as the emails it sends is not from my account email address either.
From Mid-November I haven't had access to my Amazon Prime account, my Kindle books, order history.
I have ordered stuff that I haven't received;
I have paid for stuff I haven't received;
I have an item that I wanted to return;
Amazon have my subscription money for Prime but I can't use it.
Has anyone got any ideas as to what more I can try to sort this?
Customer services say they can only email the 'correct department' and that I can't speak to them. So they email them for me and same old reply. Everytime I have to speak to a new person and start the whole explanation again... its getting me down.
Many thanks for any help or advise. Who is the ombudsman covering Amazon?

Write a letter with bullet points of the problems and post recorded delivery to head office.0

Hi JJ, thanks for the post.
I have emailed to the address I can find on the www but nothing heard back.
Research on their UK address most give Slough but other articles say they have moved from there and then give a 'possible' two other address in London.
Think I might take a train and go and find them myself and sit there until someone speaks to me!
I will keep searching.
