Click and win question

Hi all, I am very new to comping and have spent the last couple of weeks entering multiple click and win competitions. They are the same competition but on different Web sites. My question is: will each click be counted for the same prize but on different sites. So, by clicking "win an ipad" same competition but in different sites do I get multiple entries or am I limited to one entry a day and therefore have wasted many an Hour... Many thanks for any advice :beer:
