problems with prizes not received

I have had problems with two competitions I have won....and I dont really know what to do now....any advice would be great!

the first was £150 vouchers from iflorist, which i won in August through the Sunday Times. i have received voucher codes to use but when i went to use them two weeks ago they didnt work on their site. rang their order line and they couldnt get them to work either and have said on at least 5 occasions that they will ring me back. they never do. i have also tried sending an email and a facebook message but have no response from that at all. i dont think i am going to get anywhere by ringing a 6th time....?!?

the second was a case of Tornado Energy which i won with gamer network on 24th September. i know this isn't a massive prize but i have emailed them 3 times and the response i get is:

"Tornado are printing a leaflet to be sent along with your prize, which is taking a while to design and print.


Your prizes are coming and will be sent to you as soon as possible!"

now 3 months is a fair amount of time to get a leaflet printed i think?! and i'm not really interested in the leaflet anyway!!


Any ideas anyone!!?

Email both of them being polite but firm stating that if the prize is not received/resolved within 14 days you will have to go to the ASA

In my experience if you are polite but firm in them rather than aggressive you tend to get better results
