File clean up

I've managed to get my credit file cleaned up will the exception of Dell or CIT finance, the default date is 6months after my bankruptcy. Their past the 28days. I tried to call them but the number online for CIT finance doesn't work. I've also spoken to Dell themselves and they couldn't help. What are the next steps? I believe I need to complain to the ombudsman but I'm not quite sure how to do that! Any help would be greatly appreciated :-)

Firstly have you had a look here just in case there's an alternative number email etc?

Its these guys you need to contact if you still need to complain about refusal to alter files etc..

bear in mind they do take some considerable time to sort complaints out though..
