Vacuum storage bags

Seeking ~3 large vacuum storage bags that are cheap but good quality.
Poundland seem the obvious choice - are they good quality?

For a £ it would be worth trying one.

The best ones we have found ate in Argos and tgey have a blue stripe atvtge top where they close.

They are not at the cheaper end but are often on offer and I did spend quite a bit of money on cheaper useless ones.

I started off with more expensive type, and I've bought £world ones and to be honest the dearer ones aren't worth the extra money .
They are only good more a while....I have found it's the seal across the top that kinks.
I buy cheap and replace as-and-when needed.
  • Thanks for the responses guys.
Got the poundland ones. Three of the four bags I bought worked, so far..
Also had mixed success with the ones from Primark ~£3 for two very large bags. One has held the air no problem, the other is slowly re-inflating.
I'd considered buying direct from aliexpress or such, but it was actually cheaper to buy them here, go figure!

IKEA ones have been great - think they were about £5 for 3, very large, large and medium.
Mama read so much about the dangers of drinking alcohol and eating chocolate that she immediately gave up reading.

^^^ Posted twice on old threads (other one was over 2 years old) - advertising a website........

However, as I am on this thread I would suggest anyone who is thinking of buying bags from a company called 'originalspacebags' do a search on here first (spacebags).

Lots of reports about them selling on customer details.
