Hi guys. I declared bankruptcy back in August 2009 with discharge following a year later. It has been over 7 years now and my files are all clean etc etc. Have held a few CC's since taking advantage of 0% balance transfers and even have a small loan through my bank with no missed payments whatsoever....anyway I am now…

Oh definitely, im aware that the question is always asked and would never consider lying about it, what's the point? Only causes hassle further down the line.

I expect hurdles along the way regardless.
Had a mortgage pre-bankruptcy so am aware of the potential issues.

Wasn't a repossession FYI.
