bank charges on dmp

Hi All
Can anyone tell me, that if you are on a DMP can you still claim back charges from banks and credit cards. :eek:
  1. DMP started July 07 £25.000
  2. July 09 £18.000 :D

    yes you can,

    however some will send you a cheque and some will deduct the money from your debt.

    of course some may just happen to do a routine review of your case and start charging interest etc to your account.
    of course this would only be a co-incidence
  • Thanks thats really helpfull, would not mind if they paid it towards my debt, but then if they resume interest charges not sure if it would be worth it. cat
