Hi All
Can anyone tell me, that if you are on a DMP can you still claim back charges from banks and credit cards.

yes you can,
however some will send you a cheque and some will deduct the money from your debt.
of course some may just happen to do a routine review of your case and start charging interest etc to your account.
of course this would only be a co-incidence0 -
Thanks thats really helpfull, would not mind if they paid it towards my debt, but then if they resume interest charges not sure if it would be worth it. cat
