Problem with FB kept go to black background

I noticed it start today or last night, when I clicked any FB url links posted by compers here. It always go to closed up view of two-sides display with black background surrounding so I had to click 'x', to sert it back to what I normal see like that in one post on white/blue with list of friends on right side. :mad::mad:

Please can someone advice me how to stop it go like this or I need to change view setting or whatever??? Thanks

Exactly the same happened to me yesterday and it is still continuing. Anyone any ideas? Thanks.

Probable I posted mine in the wrong place as I just notice there is "Techie Stuff" section under the forum so I'll try post over there later when I have the time as I'm dealing with advents at the moment

Btw, I just tried to remember if I been alter or something to my PC and I recalled I did download update version of Adobe Flash Player.
Wonder if you did the same or not?, possible your device may setted to be auto to download update without to asking you first?

I had something similar happen about 2 days ago, i use firefox and every time i went to retweet a tweet on twitter, it would just go to a black background. I just forced Firefox to shut down and reopened it and its worked fine ever since, strange! I was forced to use Internet Explorer and i know im desperate when i have to resort to that!

I think it's facebook messing about with their settings again it happens to me no matter which browser i use. I also noticed someone had mentioned it on the FB Purity facebook page.
For anyone who doesn't know about it FB Purity is a browser add on which lets you change your settings stopping ads and lots of other annoying settings that facebook force on us and can be easily found by googling or searching them on facebook.

Yeah I learned about FB purity or whatever they called it when I faced this issue and googled to find if anyone can answer this issue, and then I also noticed that FB banned that extension that to any browser so I am not sure about it (as lot of that raised in 2014 and nothing in recently) as I do not want to face to be in "sin bin" Loose translate = to be ban? :eek:

Anyway I sent my feedback to them today, about right-side column (create page/ADs) to News-Feed as I am partially sightened and find it so frutrated as it was hard to read smaller News-Feed and pages so I hope they will consider about that and make it accessible to me and others.

About the black background, I do not know why it happened as I explained in my early post I only recalled that I update the software, not sure if it is relevant issue or not, so that is why I think we need someone in "Techie Stuff" to come here, to read our posts to assist us, or we should post over to them as their grass turf may have better lovely green than here?, as they may not willing to roam around on our? :rotfl::rotfl: __________________
