It's because they've done a new price collection in M on Thursday and the flippin' price collectors have missed the Garden Veg. Mix:mad:. So, it's over (although I have been wrong on this before), until a new price collection is done on Monday and then that updated into the TBG system. It also means that any ordinary customer now, who just buys the Garden Veg Mix and doesn't buy the meal deal:huh:, will now be paying more in T if the rest of the brands they buy are not more than 88p cheaper in T than M.

They should compare the Garden Veg. Mix:mad: - now I think they are not even following their own T&Cs. (Unlike Sains, they haven't reserved the right to remove individual comparable items from the scheme.)

Is there a valid reason why they have to rely on price collections instead of using the website prices?
I know they had to before Morries had a website but they have had one for ages now.

Similar store, just happy to get £8.80 back on £25 spend. Works out at £17 for 5 pizzas, 5 ice creams and 10 vegetable mixes.

We will use all those things and would've bought ice cream/pizza anyways so good price.

Yes. The amount of items that M doesn't sell online is significantly more than the other competitors. If they (and A) didn't use instore collections for M, people would be overpaying/not getting 10% cheaper on a check even more than they currently are. (And also underpaying/getting more than 10% where they buy comparable items that M does sell instore but doesn't have online that are more, or much more, expensive in M.)

EDIT: Looks like the Carte d'Or still compares, so the deal for £5 and then difference from full individual price (the way it should be) still works - just not as good as before. Looks like they have missed the other CT pizza as well now:( - and seems either T don't want to compare things and follow their own T&Cs or else the price collectors are useless.

this is from elsies post earlier, so not all flavors.

Looks like they have used updated price's from M's, maybe sneakily using todays results instead of yesterdays from the time the shop was actually done, so entire shop matched to A's. At least as it came to just over £20 I was able to use my £2 off £20 spend as well.
Anyway, hope this helps some of you, will try to not just lurk, but RL is a right bu99er and has been for a few months now. :( I have to admit though, some of the things I read on here do make me smile every now and again, and thanks to the OP's of the glitches, the ones I do get really do help. :A

They've also missed the Cinnamon Biscuit ice cream:( - so either the price collectors being even more useless and coincidentally missing items in M that are in T's meal deal or something is going on. People should complain - this is not how the system should work. Or maybe best just forget it now:think: and put it down to 'one of those things' (we've had something out of it prior to today).

If they are trying to make the items N/A and 'correct' something that does not require correcting (actually they've now made it more incorrect for people wider) as this was not a glitch, then they've done a good old half job (or less) again as they haven't removed the A and S prices, only some of the M ones. Seems a bit coincidental that several of those have gone to N/A - if we believe that conspiracy theory, this is T not playing ball.

Correction: looks like some of the Carte d'Or still works. Though it did initially look to me like it was all working, and then I noticed (before you posted btw, but my post above has not come out like that) that this one was no longer comparing.
    Do A stock this one?

Thinking out loud again I'm sure Savvy would know if morries prices still manually collected is it possible that £1 offer was such a good deal there it was OOS in the stores prices collected from.

I vaguely remember Savvy's post about why the coke zero glitched with the manual price collection.

They should still have SELs up and collect the price though. And I managed to find BE Garden Mix in M on Wednesday! (I'm pretty sure I caught a glimpse of it yesterday in M as well.) And that wouldn't explain why the Pepperoni pizza has also not been picked up this time.

The Coke Zero glitch was completely different I think - and I even got that wrong about their ability to change the data before what I assume is a new collection update.

Perhaps - on the Garden Mix - though it's all speculative, the offer label had dropped off the main aisle stock in an M they visited - sometimes M seem to do that even though prices have not changed - so that the collectors had no consistent price for the product from M and thus, under the TBG rules, it gets N/A. That would imply, or suggest, no stock (or at least no SEL) in one of the Ms they visited however - as it seems they only visit 3 stores and otherwise should take the most common price they get.
