Is some of this Young's fish? Be careful as not all of those items are on m.com or msm. Also lots of items (including branded ones) in the frozen area do not appear on m.com or msm but are stocked in M instore. If I do not have them, that may well be because they are at high prices in M.

If you're not sure, stick to own brands! Unless someone is telling me that some of that has compared to M and picked up an M price in error.

Meanwhile I don't know about Young's fresh breaded fish from M yesterday - it would either not have been in M yesterday or else it would be full price or it would be some price that was above what I would consider any good.

Birds Eye 4 Battered Fish Fillets 400G , do you know how much these are in M's please Savvy tia :)

I have gone through every Birds eye fish product on Morries site and can't see it.

Like the chicken it shows with no price for Morries on MSM, but I did find the chicken eventually on Morries site.

Fingers crossed they don't sell that size fish I could only find 480g packs.

What chicken is this as it should have to be branded?

I don't know how people can pay too much on TBG because, if the SS does not offer you the price you wanted after you have put your bags number in, surely you then cancel the entire transaction as you know something is not comparing as you expect?

That's what I'd do and, in other situations - I'm not talking about chicken that compares to higher elsewhere and reduces the TBG - unfortunately I'd never overpay and would never have any valid complaint or entitlement to ask for a moneycard - I'd never end up with something that didn't compare that I wanted to compare as I'd proceed no further with a transaction if it didn't offer me the 'correct' price (or the incorrect price:D that I wanted). I'd thus be,
unfortunately, unable to complain and therefore unable to receive a moneycard.

This is not this situation though as, if something is more expensive at the competitor, then unfortunately you will have a correct comparison as, by buying that item in T, you have effectively chosen the competitor's price if you were comparing the rest of your shopping against the competitor.

The chicken is the Birds Eye light and crunchy chicken 4 pack. I can't see the four pack on M website, only the 2 pack.

Without looking back and trying to find out, as I can't immediately see it specifically post, it's Birds Eye chicken steaks (4 pack) or something like those isn't it? £2.75 vs £3.24 M. Apart from the fact that I can't see why anyone would buy at T's £2.75 price:rotfl: if they were expecting to pay that price and not some even higher price - my guide price is £1.62 and even that's too much!

There is this, but, apart from the fact it appears to be £1.37 in W, I wouldn't vouch for this being N/A for M. Probably full full price for M there (intentional repetition of "full" - I mean absolutely high price there). I do not have the product - that may be because M SELs are full price. Probably £3.25. So, this is not safe for TBG vs M:

Birds Eye Southern Fried Chicken (4 per pack - 360g)

    Store_1.15px.png
    [Strike]£2.75[/Strike] £1.75 48.6p / 100g Valid until 25/01/2016
    • Store_7.15px.png
      [Strike]£2.75[/Strike]
      £1.37
    • Store_3.15px.png
      [Strike]£2.75[/Strike]
      £2.00
    • Store_2.15px.png
      ---
    • Store_8.15px.png
      --- [meaning probably £3.25]

I am pretty sure I have seen BE Southern Fried Chicken 4 in M before. I do not have it from the information I took on Monday but I think the only reason I do not have it is because it is full price in M.

I would regard this item as, fairly, safe for TBG vs A though. A definitely does not stock Birds Eye Chicken 4 packs and has not done so for quite some years. However, I would buy in W.

Thank you for the mention. :j I don't post on here often as I always seem to be playing catch-up and by the time I read something you are all well past the conversation  I do try and frequently thank people though.

Happy New Year to everyone. I am off to bed now :D

I now think I am officially going mad, I am sure I saw it there just went to find link and now I can't see it either. :o

Maybe I got confused with the other 340g crispy chicken pack. And maybe that is what Ts is comparing to. Fernie's results definitely show it has compared to product costing £3.24.

:( M definitely does stock this. People should know this from the times when it has been on my list:(. Albeit that, alright:), I know people generally will not be paying attention to my lists in the extreme extent that I myself have to (in order to write them out and then I get to know things - I can't assume everyone else will know this).

    Sorry you got caught out.

There are, as regular readers will be aware - although, again, I can't assume everyone will be - lots of frozen items that are not showing for M online. Indeed, it is to such an extent, and so much, that I highlighted this very shelving item recently and the sheer number of items that were missing.

Birds Eye Light & Crunchy Breaded Chicken 4 pack is not currently anywhere on my list - and there is a reason for that: it is full price in M! Sorry for that. Typical of the beggars at T though to pick up the product in M:( - quite correctly unfortunately - and compare it after, when it has been on offer in M in the past, I've been doubtful as to whether TBG/TPP would pick it up. At least we know they have done so and perhaps, when it's next on offer in M, it may be likely that TBG would then work on it. I predict next offer price will be £1.62 again:rotfl:. Even though my price on these is tightening nowadays as we have had a few offers in T and S at £1.50 recently - and W/O now at £1.37 on others. So whether £1.62 will now be good enough for me in the future for me even to mention it is anyone's guess:rotfl:. Unfortunately, I would absolutely not have bought any 4 pack Birds Eye Chicken against M in T. However, as mentioned already before, all of the 4 pack BE Chicken Grills should be "safe" for Tvs A. (That is something I would be prepared to risk if necessary, as they are definitely not available in A - none of the 4 pack versions are stocked there - although I don't see circumstances arising in which I would shop in Tvs A on them as would be using that to reach a cond.spend which I now can't reach under the new T price scheme:(.)

NOTE: My lists do not include items that you should avoid buying!

:eek:I wouldn't even buy that vs M! That is going to be full price in M too (and by that I mean £3.24 or £3.25 order)! None of the BE 4 pack Chicken Grills are on my M list at all. So, stop buying them!:(:rotfl::rotfl: Please! They are all full price in M.

It's ok savvy the ones people may buy are the light and crispy and part of the £5 meal deal on Ts so no one is paying full price for them in either store. ;)
