I always separate. I used to do it because I thought they would compare at the reduced price :embarassed:

In A, they do not appear at all on the APG - does not count toward your eight items.

edit: I should add that if its a red RTC sticker in A, or one where the SA has to manually enter the price, it does appear

In T, they do appear, and can very well wreck your TBG if its a branded item - it does count as one of your ten items.

We've got the outdoor bred pork loin joint for £2.99 instead of £5.99, and it is very nice, and hopefully my freezer will be fixed tomorrow :D

Thanks for the meal deal info. Popped to my local T's but it is only a metro and they don't sell the large pizzas or the veg :mad:
Will try the big T on way home from work tomorrow if I have time :)
  • Sorry to ask so many questions. I've nowgot five meal deals in my basket plus fillers but I need to spend another £15 for HD does anyone know of any meat items that I could add that would compare against M?

I could be wrong but I don't think meat will compare ( so safe to get ) as it would be classed as own brand.

Don't know, but don't forget the BG is capped at £20 so if you already have 5 meal deals, I don't think there's much room for more gains?

Edit: a previous post suggests a BG of £17.44 for 5 deals, so you could still get £2.50ish of better offers at M :)
  • Thanks COT Bubbs and buyitall.
I have added lots of chicken fillets and chicken thighs on the same offer at T and M taking me up to £50 and used a £5 off £50 so fingers crossed. Delivery tomorrow am so will post findings as soon as. If anyone wants to know the code let me know because my mum gave it to me but it worked on my account. Am I allowed to say that? If not sorry Redfox I didn't mean it!!
