  • Hi all,
I bought the Casillero del Diablo Shiraz in Ts £8 v A £5.48 so worked out £3.48 a bottle. I don't drink red but thought I should get a few in for Christmas.

UNTESTED....but the Nicolas Feuillatte brut champagne is £25 in T and £15 in A so would/should work out at £8.75. I think there is a £20 BG limit so would need to look at others that produced lower BG or didn't compare at all. Could get 2 with others that didn't compare.

:rotfl:Not sure why. 2Kg Maris Piper in Aldi is 39p. And the ones there are not unwashed.

[That said, 79p for 2kg price (=98.75p per 2.5kg) would have looked good on prices we were getting:( (in other words when I was frowning about the expense of potatoes:rotfl:) before this excellent Aldi offer came on.]

Finally got my 39p potatoes today :j - and some rather yummy dark chocolate cherry liqueurs :o

The family in the queue before me spent £170  Who spends that much in Aldi :rotfl: maybe they were doing there quarterly shop

You know you're an elite shopper when you finish bagging and hand payment over before they ask card or cash :D
