So, I've ended up with 87p on the FBs (hardly better than 10% off realistic £1 straight 'offer' price) but paid slightly more on other things than A's shelf prices on those as Sains is expensive!

You lot always get me to end up with stuff:T:rotfl:. We'll use them - and it's not a total disaster, even if I wouldn't have wanted 87p for them but was looking at 24p (or whatever someone said it was).

Actually, wasn't T showing at 2 for £3 on the Chicken & Bacon Pie? So, I've got that anyway as vs S turned out to be the same (£1.50 individual price) but, given that the other two varieties were always a risk and I was prepared for T to come back at full price (£2.19 on each), I've got much of that on switch to Sainsbobs comp. Even if I didn't want that and have paid slightly more on the other items I put into my shop. (Probably lost about 35p or 40p on those, in total, compared to what they are on vs T shop. Probably about 60p lost compared to the possible failure that I thought could happen. So, lost a bit more than I planned but I can live without 60p:rotfl:!)

I have a mixture of Edge & IE

clicked on cog & made it 90% which seems better for some things thank you, the toolbar still seems enormous though.

I seem to have lost my quotes:eek:

Thanks for asking bubbs, nan is better as in the illness is on the way out but am getting more concerned about her short term memory and don't think it will be much longer before we move her in with us :)

As for hubby it's so frustrating as he feels fine in himself but just can't stand up when it happens and knocked him out for 5 days last time and four before that and he's not an easy patient :rotfl: He has some new medication now so hopefully this will control the episodes :)

How are you doing? Did you have a nice Christmas ? :)

TM thank you for the warm welcome, feels like I have been gone months but in reality about 3 weeks :rotfl::rotfl: And you are right , goodbye to 2015 and hello 2016 I feel quite positive about it :)

Scamps of course there are no teeth marks what do you take me for ;)
Although after consuming a few I think I will happily share now ;)

cheerleader - I spent 57p in m&s yesterday and got a till spit for £5 off £30. So might be worth spending a few pennies to see if you get one. I might combine this with my free £10 meal voucher (m&s current account) and £100 gift card which has been burning a hole in my pocket for a very long time. But even to spend £15 is going to be very difficult for me even though it is not real money.
Thank matty I'll pop in over the weekend :) did you get it from self serve checkout?

I was wondering the same. I notice tesco basics are 0.5p each but when I tried them a few years back they were nowhere as good as sainsbury basic. Is this a weekend offer for the teabags please?
