    Good morning!

    Happy New Year!

    Today will be a NSD.
Also re-homing yet more unwanted stuff via Freecycle.
Want this place to be clear and clean in 2016!

    xx

I seem to think a while back I came across a de clutters thread and they numbered and listed everything they chucked, re homed, recycled, free cycled etc - I don't know if the idea was to get to 2015 items or some other target?
I was wondering this morning about seeing if I could find them again - I suppose you could just write your list in a basic diary sat on your desk for your own amusement
And then at the end of the year just imagine how clean and clear and wonderful your house would be without 2016 items of clutter - I think I could easily hit that target.
When I was putting up Christmas decor I found a scruffy basket with 3 old broken leather wallets, bits of broken plastic plane and a fisher men's hook in the shape of a fish - why, why, why !!!!!

    Happy New Year Everyone.

Hope everyone has had a great evening. Mine was busy earlier. I still have my Christmas guests. DS1 and DD had loads of friends in earlier to 'fill up' prior to going out. Come midnight OH had retreated with his headphones to avoid the fireworks, DS2 came down to say happy new year to the dog.......just the dog! Houseguest hasn't come out of his room. Mary and Billy, my guests have gone to bed all fizzy after drinking something special from my fizz stash ;)

I was taken out to dinner last night. I have to say I wasn't feeling 100% but I figured I'd be feeling like that wherever I was. I'm afraid to say I over indulged a little :o I had to go straight upstairs when I got home. That was after bumping into one of the cancer nurses whilst I was staggering home through town......she was walking her dog :o:o:o not a good moment.

Still I woke up this morning and knew I'd had a good night when I saw my brand new shoes at the back door. Looks like I took a shortcut through the garden to get in :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: Sign of a good night I'd say :o

Enjoy the year ahead. Smile....because nothing is ever that bad. Live life like you're running out of time, love like there's never enough time to show people just how much you do love them and if you're going to get S H I T on, stand up and be proud whilst you do. Don't lie down and drown in it ;)

I am upset over the state of the shoes, is anyone OCD enough or loves you enough to clean them up for you today - good black shoes you can walk through town in are not easy to come back.
Meeting your cancer nurse in town is as bad as meeting your boss when you are supposed to have taken to your sick bed :)
