    Audi near me charge about £160 an hour labour. Yes you read that correctly. Pure extortion IMHO. Asked them to justify it and they couldn't / didn't apart from the usual factory trained technicians thing. Yeah really.

    You mean so well trained that if there is a problem instead of actually diagnosing it they just follow the flowchart that says change the biggest and most expensive unit that incorporates the faulty item.

    For example: cabrio hood doesn't work ? Over £1000 for a new hydraulic pump (parts price, before labour) rather than a poorly manufactured brush in the pump motor costing 50p.

    A combination of greed and arrogance, mixed with atrocious customer service.

    I accidentally caught reductions in M again tonight. It is :o because I now have lots of cooking to do this evening cos there's naff all space in any of my freezers :eek:

    Beef and lamb dishes to be done :cool:

    And I got a huge bag of mushrooms for 9p too so I'm doing a beef and mushroom pie filling in the oven and a lamb and orzo dish in the slow cooker
