No glitches today, no matter how hard I tried..:o

However, one of my fave till supervisors put me on to these fab ready cooked ham joints. SEL says £7 and both the normal and the honey roast scan at £1.75 each for 1kg. Only the normal appears on the apg..

I had no email which is the other worrying thing - I really should have been worrying since the day of purchase

Well no they probably will come at the same time. I did my first one fine with the £100 gift card and free teddy. Then I did a second with my other account but made an error of judgement shall we say and ordered a variety of gift cards totalling £100. Now this should have still been fine as their t and c s says purchases totalling £100'

Amazon in their wisdom decided to Bill me and loads of other folk separately. Nationwide s or whoever do it systems didn t recognise this at the time. As the offer was disappearing a few days later I decided to order yet more Amazon vouchers to make sure I got the £25 as I figured I d use them in the 10 years lol.

This time I ordered £150 s worth and got another free bear and right enough 5 or 6 days later I got,the confirmation . So my £50 money back cost me £350 in total. With hindsight I'd have just got the £100 gift voucher the second time too.

If you go onto Hduk website and type in Nationwide simply rewards in the part where you find threads you will find a whole book of people talking about it including me lol.

Don't worry you will get it.

Not good, but unless you work in a Bank/Building Society you wouldn't know this :(

    http://www.directdebit.co.uk/DirectDebitExplained/FAQs/Pages/InactiveDirectDebits.aspx

Funnily (or not) enough, we had a call earlier today from our bank to advise us we missed a payment. They removed our DD facilities in September but didn't think to tell us when we transferred a balance onto that card in November

They then said that our 0% interest offer that was on the account had been cancelled because we were in arrears

In the end I got them to reverse the charge, re-instate the DD, re-activate the 0% but it was all a bit of a faff

Just popped to T for whoopsie's nothing much doing. Went to Mr W and lots of choc and biccies reduced as reported here earlier. Got a nice piece of brisket for the slow cooker and then had a walk around. Went back to the reduced meat shelf and there had appeared a free gammon joint down from £28.68 to £4.84!! As DS finished the gammon today I was looking for another. Glad I went now. My DS , wife and 2 cats left at 5.30 to go home to London waiting to hear they got home safe. Glad to have house back to myself. Not back to work till Monday so a few quiet days for me until then.

Why do you have to make a comment like that, wind your neck in and leave people alone.
