TS thank goodness that lanson wasn't wasted. We had a bottle of rose lanson yesterday and I think Mumm today whilst my mum and dad are coming. I'm doing duck and roast beef tonight and I need rosemary and bay leaves from the bottom of the garden which is flooded by about 80 ft I need a canoe. We still have about 40 ft to go before it reaches the house but it is torrential. The garage is flooding and I'm getting concerned about my wine stash. We bought a pump for the hot tub and if it gets any nearer it will be getting used in the garden.

Good grief, it puts our culinary dilemmas into perspective.

We are also in the north west, rained non stop but nothing like your deluge

Did we all get the Happy Christmas email from TCB.....a photograph of all the staff presumably taken outside their office.......anyone spotted mhoc doing a photobomb on the far left.....the only lady not wearing a Christmas jumper.:o

Actually I just looked again and I placed the order at 6.23am. 6.26am is when I had the acknowledgment email.

I have only had 6 despatch emails and one of them had points awarded. I guess there is a cut off time. if your doing online orders I would also buy in store too.. and some to stores and some to home.. split them up a little.

I got my acknowledgement at 7.56 ......I would have had the order in sooner but aau kept asking questions and getting me confused over dates:o
