Typical. If I'd not picked up a full price Turkey crown this morning, the co-op at the top of my road wouldn't have had any at all.

As it happens, I did get one this morning and co-op did have them in. They've gone to half price but are open until 10 so I might nip up about 9.30 just to see what they've gone to :cool:

Or I might just sit here with a bottle of prosecco and celebrate that most of my list is ticked off :j

Well tomorrow on the menu is chicken breast

because there is only me, DH , his sister and maybe ds4, notice I say maybe :eek:

Now Boxing Day will be 8 of us :eek: so on the menu is Turkey crown and 5 bird roast with all the trimmings (we are having all the trimmings tomorrow also)

Christmas pudding and another dessert on both days :eek: some gluten free foods too. It has taken alot of planning and 'getting my head around' all the gluten free stuff but we're there :j

I might just do that AJ. Thankfully my greenhouse doubles up as a fridge and is currently chilling everythung drinkable in this house except milk and squash :beer:
