    :)

We have a superb Samsung fridge freezer from The Outlet store.

Amazingly huge, frost free & the door bleeps if left open too long.

Was extremely cheap as it has dents on the doors (now covered over with fridge magnets ;) ) £279

If you have an Outlet store near you, well worth doing a 'deal' with them

They wouldn't freeze to death. Dogs can live perfectly well outside the house all year round, in Greece, in UK, pretty much anywhere in Europe but perhaps not the High Alps etc.

We have an american style samsung fridge/ freezer that had a design fault. It is side by side not like yours, but it was very annoying when it failed and we had a fridge full to eat up before they fixed it.

Has anyone seen any wrapping paper reduced yet?

No, S still hanging on to their £1 a roll, 3 for 2 offer as of this afternoon.

The shifting around I saw y/day seems to have resulted in aisle-end displays of spirits, presumably for NYE.

I am most bemused by how alcohol can be promoted so vigorously, whilst tobacco is kept out strictly of sight. I never knew any smoker who began because of an enticing display of packets on shelves.

Also, how many injuries, visits to casualty, assaults/violent crimes etc are due to people smoking too much, as opposed to drinking too much?

I'm in our village abroad - NOBODY keeps their dog indoors (well, I've never seen an old lady with a cocker spaniel indoors here but I guess there are some in the city).

They all live outside, all year round, yes there are always kennels with a bit of straw etc.

Dogs are tough old cookies, they don't need 20C.
