I hadn't thought about the lack of frost.
At least in the garden we can leave until last minute and I will have a back up plan. :rotfl:
Good to hear the sprouts are good. :T Can we have a picture please when you have picked them, they are one of the most difficult veg to grow I have been told...
Sorry if this stretches to London. I'm gonna go chop 'em down on Wednesday. The big leaves can do in the chicken run and the sprouts can stay on the stalks until ThursdayDid you or the girls eat the rest?:p
We all had a go :j these are at the non chicken plot. We've got some not very far along cabbages doing at the chicken one :cool:I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards. Feeling very pleased with myself - I managed to put an APG through on ss till without SA intervention this morning. It wasn't The Big One though, we're still just gazing at that in awe
Then we popped down to have a look in the Range - never been in one before and ours has only just opened a couple of weeks ago. Picked up a pile of Christmassy bits and they all went through the till at half price :T:T:T
If some kind soul has a minute, please could they explain the deal with desserts at T. I'm not a good T shopper at the best of times, so need it spelling out lol.
It would be great if we could all start posting our shops .....would certainly help me:):T

I think I just go for the p*ss-taking comedy songs, just to have a laugh - without destroying it for anyone hopefully, the part that runs up to 3:20 cracks me up every time:rotfl:. Unbelievably, despite his long, successful career and popular television programmes, there are people that don't like Bruce Forsyth:rotfl:.
Whenever I hear any other version of "Winter Wonderland" - and it's always someone else's:mad:() - I just moan about how it's not this version:rotfl::rotfl:.
You make me chuckle Savvy:rotfl:
I've just spent 10 non productive minutes getting all indignant that there's no 19th December on the Greenredeem advent calendar, just to realise it's the 20th:eek:
Nearly have my 500 points on all my accounts to get the bumper money off coupons:T reckon I'll have some fun with that:rotfl:To do is to be. Rousseau

I've seen Christmases when I've been able to give stalks of sprouts to all our neighbours but unfortunately they've been eaten by pests this year:o
I'll join you in the kitchen today too PD....I have a couple of cakes to give as presents in return for unexpected gifts of Prosecco. I think giving a home made cake makes it look as if I intended to give a gift all along:o:cool:To do is to be. Rousseau
