As for mhoc, well, your posts make my life seem normal

I am taking notes from mhoc....... for when I go looking for a tree I am hoping to wait till the 24th.... but I maybe just hoping that I cannot find one and that we do not have a tree this year!

Excellent CS @ BP - I used too many discount codes last order lol so it came down below £40, what I didn't notice when I pressed pay was that it eliminated my free RHS Diary (which I like, it's a good one).


I phoned up to re-jig the order so that I could get the free diary (worth £14.99).


The nice lady just sent me the diary free instead

I went to !!!!!! and the till girl said that the gift card for tosco does not go towards your spend doh....
So is that because i bought a !!!!!! one instead of another store

Also the coupons were not accepted for the body form or cadbury fingers the sa said to take them to customer services ...they would check them there ... is this usual ?

All was good as she never checked what they were and just refunded the cash to value of cupons to me

I was expecting David Attenborough to jump out and say "" HERE WE HAVE A VERY NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE LADY ..very very rare

I have just relalised that i forgot to change the day we get our salaries paid Processed them in time but forgot to change the date to next Tuesday Forgot it was pre populated as the end of the month :(:(
