A random question that someone might know the answer to....

I have some venetian blinds and on the underside of the bottom of them there are some plastic plugs that keep the string ladder type cord in place.....does anyone know what the plastic retainer might be called....I need to find 2 new ones as my lovely tenants seem to have taken them off and the ladder cord is now pulling at an angle to the blind and also unraveling at the bottom

They arn't weights nor can I see them called retainers or plugs when I do a goggle search

Anyone have an idea or even a possibility of where to buy or get hold of a couple of replacements.
They are metal blinds rather than the wooden slat ones which I think dont have the cord ladders

The blind in the rental is 6 months old...and not something that I want to consider replacing as they were M2M ...I have contacted the company that supplied the blinds but they dont actually manufacture them so cant get any replacement plastic bits without ordering a new blind!

I am now seeing the 10 for £3 showing up in the basket and when you click on an individual yoghurt on A.com so am wondering if it will work this afternoon now :/

edit: showing completely on A.com now - so highly doubting it will. Am I right?

It's going to work all day - if I didn't have a fridge full, I would be going this evening.

(possibly they could go and manually adjust it, but it's unheard of really)

Am I the only one who does not understand the obsession on here with plugins? Surely every socket in your houses must have them now

They are not even glitching - it is costing real money - or are you all running shops selling them on?

Or am I missing something and it is code for something else :)?

    Many thanks

    Anon

Anon, that made me chuckle:rotfl: I so needed that after an awful couple of weeks at work.

I thought exactly the same as you, whats the big deal??? especially when I couldn't get them anyway, I thought I was missing out
That was until I had an apg to use online -- and I had visiting to do 50 miles away, where there was also a superstore that stocked them
So 8 plugins and a few bits and bobs and my apg used and another in its place:)

Vouchercrazy...I looked at this site last night it has what I think I need but because they are US based the shipping is horrendous....the UK online sites that I have found so far only seem to do the common things like brackets and cords....

    Thanks for looking though x

Wasn't expecting this to work :T

M's £15 1L JD has been picked up on Tesco's brand guarantee :D

Might be good with a £12 off £60 new customer, something like that ;) (but just one bottle - BG is capped at £20)
