Mistake on Expenditure form...

I am such an idiot, after going bankrupt last week I have just realised that I have put down on my outgoings that my childminder costs me £23 a month, when in fact that is a WEEK, it's actually £99 a month!!

My "official" OR interview isn't until the 24th. Do you think that she will have a problem with this??

I KNEW I didn't have a surplus....

Just explain the situation to your OR & i'm sure you'll be fine...just to cover yourself if you have a contact number/email add you could always leave a message before your OR interview...otherwise your OR will go through everything with you anyhow so you could tell then..in trouth he/she will probably pull up the fact your childminding is so cheap at £23 month :o

I agree with Phil. It's no big problem.

Lots of people are very stressed when they are filling out their forms, so I expect your OR has seen some much bigger mistakes than this.;)

If you want to contact your OR to tell them (might be better for your peace of mind) then they won't mind. If you don't have contact details they can be found in the phone book, on the IS website, or can be obtained from the court you went to. Although you should have been given contact details or received them through the post.

Definately no problem, discuss it with the insolvency service, just for reference even if you get an IPA they are flexible, if income goes down tell them, if income goes up, well, er , do what you want !
