"Homeless" guest council tax

I am about to move out of my flat. It will be about three months before I move to another. I will not own or rent anywhere until then so won’t have to pay council tax myself.
BUT…
Can I avoid making people I stay with in the meantime have to pay council tax by
Staying with as many different people as I can, mostly with friends but maybe rarely at work?
Staying in each place for short periods like a week?
Doing things like my washing in as many different places as possible, maybe not with friends places at all like my washing at laundrettes?
Having my belongings spread out over various places (I only have a few boxes), like flats and cars?
Basically, if I’m sort of homeless and don’t “move in” somewhere then do my friends have to tell the council when I stay with them?

Why don't you just stay with friends who are already paying full council tax (couple, no discounts, no ctb)? Then it won't have any impact.:heartpuls Mrs Marleyboy :heartpuls

Thank you for the advice. I will be able to do this for some of the tie but not all unfortunately.0

If you are homeless, or "of no fixed abode" then as soon as you stay somewhere for a period of 24 hours or longer, that place becomes your home. You therefore will count as an additional occupier. If you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0
