Any forums about lowering cholesterol please??

Hi all

Just found out that my cholesterol is dangerously high, I am looking for recipes and advice on getting it lowered and wondered if anyone can suggest any websites or even better any forums that deal with lowering cholesterol where I can ask questions to others with the same problem please?

What is the level of your cholesterol. I had a heart attack last year because of exactly that.

My level was 7.6, the ECG came out fine but going in for a C.T scan very soon.

British Heart Foundation website have lots of healthy recipies, and probably they do advice about lowering your cholestral.
