EU 2 Pin Plug to USB

I have been looking for this to no avail and I was wondering if anyone could offer any suggestions as to where I could find it, I have searched ebay and amazon etc without success, I was wondering if there is another name for it that I am missing, surely something like this exists, I know you can get 2 pin EU plugs that allow you to plug a USB into it, but I was looking for the reverse.

I am looking for the opposite of that, I want to be able to plug an electric tooth brush/electric shaver into a USB power bank to charge them from that, both have a 2 pin plug.

You are not going to get something that needs 110/220v to charge through a USB supply. You can get USB toothbrushes and you could probably make a link that takes 5v directly to the toothbrush but not via the 2 pin EU plug.
