6 years on

My 6 years was up on the 9th of Decmber! Not sure where all the time went! 15 of of 20 defaults are off my credit file with the remaing to come off in the next few weeks. I've got a Dell default that's dated for next June that I've written to to get changed. My bankruptcy has been removed form Experian but my BRU is still there until next October. The Odd thing is my Bankruptcy came off Equifax a few years back and they didn't but the BRU on there in the first place! I've been accepted for Cap 1 card £1500 limit and Barclaycard Inital £400 limit! Things are looking up, very happy things will be back to normal very soon! :-)

  • Congratulations, I hope you manage to get things sorted and your back on track.

My 6yrs is up on 22nd. Equifax have removed my BR a week ago, Noddle have reported an address link to the OR which I have asked to have removed and they have agreed it should be removed. Apart from that, like you all getting back on track.

    Well done.

The bankruptcy and defaults came off Experian a day later, the order was dated the 8th of Dec 09 and it came off on the 9th Dec 10. The 22nd isn't very far away, just before Xmas! It's a little annoying having to wait a further 10months for the BRU to come off the OR was a little slow getting it done. Mind you I've done 6 years what's a further 10 months! :-)
