AD? When should a date appear?

Today is the 1 year anniversary of my partner being made BR. I checked the register today and there is no date of discharge when we click through on his name. When should this appear?

Thanks

  • its usually 12mnths from the date you declared bankruptcy (attended court etc)

I did hear of IT problems the last few days..
I take it you looked here?

    https://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/

double check as the listing will show for 3mnths after your auto discharge anyhoo...you may have missed the small print

Just cherry picked a few out of the Gazette with BR dates of 10th Dec 2014, and they seem to be marked as:
Status Discharged On 10 December 2015
As Phil says though, have been some glitchs/maintenance on the IS site lately.

Unless it actively says that discharge has been suspended, which you would have had legal notice of anyway, then you are discharged legally no matter what the register says.

I would leave it a while or a few days before querying with the IS.
