Today is the 1 year anniversary of my partner being made BR. I checked the register today and there is no date of discharge when we click through on his name. When should this appear?
Thanks

Just cherry picked a few out of the Gazette with BR dates of 10th Dec 2014, and they seem to be marked as:
As Phil says though, have been some glitchs/maintenance on the IS site lately.Status Discharged On 10 December 2015
Unless it actively says that discharge has been suspended, which you would have had legal notice of anyway, then you are discharged legally no matter what the register says.
I would leave it a while or a few days before querying with the IS.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
