Are legal costs recoverable in an employment tribunal where you appoint a solicitor to take on your case?

Sometimes, but very rarely. Latest statistics show that cost orders are made in less than 1% of employment tribunal cases.Its amazing how these banks can't even do simple calculations correctly..............0
