The Wilsons have allegedly sold all their properties for 250 Million, I'm not convinced it's true though.

Many on here need to keep believing that the "Just rent it out or just sell it", "Just rent it out or just sell it", " Oh...just rent it out or just sell it" mantra still works, anything else would break their little psyche`s in half :rotfl: If the Fat One is telling porkies about this sale (like he was about the last 9 or so sales) then we will have distressed posters as well as distressed assets to worry about :j

Put simply, Fergus has been saying things about "having sold" since about 2009, the numbers of properties that he claims to have had at various times don`t stack up with the claimed selling price this time (Hasn`t 250m always been the price that he trumpets?) The way that posters here jumped all over the Pssst... thread, even after many people said that what Fergus does is of no consequence to them, shows that there are lots of people who would really like to emulate him in their own mini-version of his portfolio. Maybe the Arabs, or the Chinese or the Martians, or whoever he has fantasised this time could go up to Aberdeen and help a few landlords out of a hole up there?
