I am planning to apply for a Professional Career Development Loan. I have received the application pack, I was not aware you had to choose to apply to either Barclays OR Co-op bank. How do I know which one is right for me? There is not any info on the difference between them. I do not bank with any of them and I am not sure of my credit rating.

Dont worry about what your credit rating is lenders don't see it.
Have you googled for details for cdl from both banks ?0 -
