1. The Promoter

2. The competition
2.1 The title of the com!pe!ti!tion is Jet!pack Jo’s World Tour Prize Draw.
2.2 By suc!cess!fully com!plet!ing lev!els 1 to 10 (inclu!sive) of Jet!pack Jo’s World Tour you will be prompted to enter your details in return for one entry into the prize draw. The draw will take place on 20 Jan!u!ary 2016 where all entrants will have the chance to win the fol!low!ing prizes:
a) £10,000 cash;
b) [ADDITIONAL PRIZES WILL BE LISTED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED].

3. How to enter
3.1 The com!pe!ti!tion will run from 00:01 on 5 Decem!ber 2015 (the “Open!ing Date”) to 23:59 on 17 Jan!u!ary 2016 (the “Clos!ing Date”) inclu!sive.
3.2 All com!pe!ti!tion entries must be received by the Pro!moter by no later than the Clos!ing Date. All com!pe!ti!tion entries received after the Clos!ing Date are auto!mat!i!cally dis!qual!i!fied.
3.3 To enter the com!pe!ti!tion you must suc!cess!fully com!plete lev!els 1 to 10 (inclu!sive) of Jet!pack Jo’s World Tour. You will then need to pro!vide the fol!low!ing details in order to qual!ify for an entry for the prize draw:
a) Your name;
b) Your email address;
c) Your date of birth;
d) Your post!code; and
e) Your tele!phone num!ber.
The above details will remain con!fi!den!tial and will not be pro!vided to third par!ties,
3.4 No pur!chase nec!es!sary.
3.5 The Pro!moter will not accept:
a) respon!si!bil!ity for com!pe!ti!tion entries that are lost, mis!laid, dam!aged or delayed in tran!sit, regard!less of cause, includ!ing, for exam!ple, as a result of any equip!ment fail!ure, tech!ni!cal mal!func!tion, sys!tems, satel!lite, net!work, server, com!puter hard!ware or soft!ware fail!ure of any kind; or
b) proof of trans!mis!sion as proof of receipt of entry to the com!pe!ti!tion.
3.6 By sub!mit!ting a com!pe!ti!tion entry, you are agree!ing to be bound by these terms and con!di!tions.
3.7 The com!pe!ti!tion entries will be entered into a ran!dom com!puter auto!mated draw which will be run and adju!di!cated by Sync Inter!ac!tive Lim!ited (com!pany num!ber 07889173) whose reg!is!tered office is at Farady Wharf, Holt Street, Birm!ing!ham, B7 4BB. The deci!sion of Sync Inter!ac!tive Lim!ited (act!ing rea!son!ably) will be final.

4. Eli!gi!bil!ity
4.1 The com!pe!ti!tion is open to all indi!vid!u!als who have down!loaded and played the Promoter’s game ‘Jet!pack Jo’s World Tour’ from the Google Play Store or the Apple App!store, if you are under the age of 18 you must obtain writ!ten parental or guardian con!sent to enter and claim your prize, the pro!moter may ask the win!ner to pro!vide proof of age, except:
a) employ!ees of the Pro!moter or its hold!ing or sub!sidiary com!pa!nies;
b) employ!ees of agents or sup!pli!ers of the Pro!moter or its hold!ing or sub!sidiary com!pa!nies, who are pro!fes!sion!ally con!nected with the com!pe!ti!tion or its admin!is!tra!tion; or
c) mem!bers of the imme!di!ate fam!i!lies or house!holds of (a) and (b) above.
4.2 In enter!ing the com!pe!ti!tion, you con!firm that you are eli!gi!ble to do so and eli!gi!ble to claim any prize you may win. The Pro!moter may require you to pro!vide proof that you are eli!gi!ble to enter the com!pe!ti!tion.
4.3 The Pro!moter will not accept com!pe!ti!tion entries that are:
a) auto!mat!i!cally gen!er!ated by com!puter;
b) com!pleted by third par!ties or in bulk; or
c) incom!plete.
4.4 There is a limit of five entries per per!son. Entries on behalf of another per!son will not be accepted and joint sub!mis!sions are not allowed. Any attempt to enter more than five times will auto!mat!i!cally dis!qual!ify you (and all of your entries).
4.5 The Pro!moter reserves all rights to dis!qual!ify you if your con!duct is con!trary to the spirit or inten!tion of the prize competition.

5. The prize
5.1 The prizes are:
a) 1 x £10,000 cash;

5.2 Prizes are sub!ject to avail!abil!ity. The Pro!moter reserves the right to sub!sti!tute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

6. Win!ner announce!ment
6.1 The win!ner of the com!pe!ti!tion will be announced on our web!site at http://www.jetpackjosworldtour.com/ and our Face!book page at https://www.facebook.com/Jetpack-Jos-World-Tour-616572225147878/ on 20 Jan!u!ary 2016 (Announce!ment Date).
6.2 The deci!sion of the judges nom!i!nated by the Pro!moter is final and no cor!re!spon!dence or dis!cus!sion will be entered into.
6.3 The Pro!moter will con!tact the win!ner per!son!ally as soon as prac!ti!ca!ble after the Announce!ment Date, using the tele!phone num!ber or email address pro!vided with the com!pe!ti!tion entry. The Pro!moter will not amend any con!tact infor!ma!tion once the com!pe!ti!tion entry form has been submitted.

7. Claim!ing the prize
7.1 If you are the win!ner of the prize, you will have 21 of days from the Announce!ment Date to claim the prize. If you do not claim the prize by this date, your claim will become invalid.
7.2 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.
7.3 The Pro!moter will make all rea!son!able efforts to con!tact the win!ner. If the win!ner can!not be con!tacted or is not avail!able, or has not claimed their prize within 21 days of the Announce!ment Date, the Pro!moter reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eli!gi!ble entrant selected from the entries that were received before the Clos!ing Date.
7.4 The Pro!moter does not accept any respon!si!bil!ity if you are not able to take up the prize.

8. Lim!i!ta!tion of lia!bil!ity
Inso!far as is per!mit!ted by law, the Pro!moter, its agents or dis!trib!u!tors will not in any cir!!!!!!!!stances be respon!si!ble or liable to com!pen!sate the win!ner or accept any lia!bil!ity for any loss, dam!age, per!sonal injury or death occur!ring as a result of tak!ing up the prize except where it is caused by the neg!li!gence of the Pro!moter, its agents or dis!trib!u!tors or that of their employ!ees. Your statu!tory rights are not affected.

9.1 If you are the win!ner of the com!pe!ti!tion, you agree that the Pro!moter may use your name, image and town or county of res!i!dence to announce the win!ner of this com!pe!ti!tion and for any other rea!son!able and related pro!mo!tional pur!poses.
9.2 You fur!ther agree that the Pro!moter may con!tact you by email with infor!ma!tion about goods and ser!vices that we feel may be of inter!est to you.
9.3 You fur!ther agree to par!tic!i!pate in any rea!son!able pub!lic!ity required by the Pro!moter.

10. Gen!eral
