Poundland are selling some talking books (on tape).
There are a lot of Star Trek ones - if that floats your boat.
But also, they have a Tony Robbins tape and a Stephen R Covey tape.
So, if you like the motivational, maybe get yourself down there.

Haven't seen these, but they may be worth a go. I have read a couple of Anthony Robbins books, but to be honest they didn't do anything for me, and I just don't find him inspiring. Also, he is quite a scary looking man, with very white teeth. Stephen R Covey's most famous book is '7 Habits of Highly Effective People', which he has turned into a bit of an industry. I did find this book pretty useful (read a couple of his others which were less so) - it has practical ideas for being more productive at work. He is a Mormon and I know some people find his anectdotes rather twee and grating at times, but if you only want to try one tape, I would go for his.0
