Missed Call, Missed Prize

Got a call from Heart Radio, but i was out at the time and my teenage son took the call. Sadly i got a muddled message from him about me calling them back, but he didnt take a number or name.

I got 02070538955 from dialing 1471, but it came up with number not known.

They haven't called back, so have i missed my prize. I've no idea how to work this out as i dont know where the call come from on the Heart network. I hope dont miss out as Heart have decent comps.

I seen this, and thankfully they just called back this morning. To notify me that i'd won £500 with Heart and Dunelm. Has made my day
