It was really quick to do. I picked travel insurance.
Details needed were name, dob (which I tweaked as always), email, and phone (which I filled as zeros).
There was a tick box to opt out of email marketing.
I doubt they will be able to spam me any more than any other comp!

Problem with putting phone numbers with 0000's in is that if you win they will see that and your real phone number could be needed for contact so could disqualify you as putting in real number is part of terms. On the other side, putting real number in definitely opens you up to many phone calls from insurance salesmen
