"We write in connection with your recent entry into the Crabbie’s Time Ginger Jackpot competition (the Competition).
Unfortunately we are very sorry to notify you that due to a technical error beyond our control the Competition was not operating correctly from 11.30am on Friday 27 November 2015 to 5.25pm on Saturday 28 November 2015. As a result of this error, all prizes that were awarded during this time were awarded incorrectly and are invalid. While we don’t like to have to rely on our contractual terms, on this occasion we are relying on clause 12 of the terms and conditions that are incorporated into the Competition, a copy of which can be found at http://www.crabbiestime.com/ginger-jackpot-terms-and-conditions/.
In recognition of the disappointment this may cause you we enclose a voucher for 50p off your next purchase of Crabbie’s Original, Crabbie’s Light or Crabbie’s Scottish Raspberry Alcoholic Ginger Beer. Please click here to redeem your voucher.
We are pleased to confirm that the error has now been fixed and the Competition is running properly, and invite you to try your luck again."
Oh well, it was nice while it lasted

I had problems printing the voucher too... seems Crabby's and technology do not mix at Christmas.0

It would have been nice if they'd honoured the prizes, although I guess there was probably a lot of people winning!0

I just found this out...had genuinely thought I'd won a case of Crabbies! So upset, it was the first thing I had 'won' in ages...and now it's been 'unwon'! Having so much bad luck recently but at least it's not just me eh...

I will keep my fingers crossed but as I never got an email saying my win was invalid I doubt if I will see my win.Alice came to a fork in the road. "Which road do I take?" she asked. "Where do you want to go?" responded the Cheshire cat. "I don't know," Alice answered. "Then," said the cat, "it doesn't matter."
