  • I'm angry and disgusted with My Hermes, Yodel and Amazon Logistics - this year I've had a parcel left in the dustbin along with the rubbish, one thrown over the fence, and one left at a neighbouring house that was unoccupied - that one never turned up. They never reply to complaints either.
  • DPD are by far the best, they seem to be the UK's only operator to give a 1hr window and (for the most part) stick to it.

    Always happy to get a DPD delivery.

  • The 2015 poll has closed with DPD and Collect+ at the top :T and Pharos and MPD at the bottom:(. I've never heard of Pharos, has anyone used them or MPD?

    Yodel are a bunch of liars and should lose all of their business.

    Their drivers say there was nobody home when they never even went to the address.

    9 bloody hours I waited in for a parcel only to get a text saying they were sorry to have missed me :mad:
  • Same with Yodal - message saying no one was there and no where to leave it - someone in all day and lots of elderly neighbours in the cul - de-sac that would take it in (small village). Then there is always the front or back doors.

    Yodel driver just been to my door but I still don't have my parcel and he swore at me into the bargain for wasting his time, I wasted his time? What about the 9 hours I lost yesterday?

    And still I didn't get my parcel.
