Failure to extend Payment Cap...... Snouts in the trough again?

I see the NI assembly have failed to agree to extend the cap on Public Sector payoffs to £95,000. And those against are pulling out the "protecting the low paid" card..... Seriously!!!!!! how many "low paid" would expect that sort of pay off.... I note one did question how it would adversely effect the voluntary exit scheme proposed........ It will do nothing for the Low Paid...... it will however protect the big payoffs for the upper management and highly paid ....... Why am I really surprised ????
