Hi,

Has anyone come across this website? I purchased something from it thinking it was UK based and the money has been deducted from my account via Beijing! Since the initial order and money being taken I have received no confirmation emails confirming my purchase and nothing to say when the item will be delivered. This was all done one week ago.

I have tried to contact them by email but the messages always fail. It says it will try for 2 days then after that it says failed permanently.

I fear I may have been conned but don't know who to contact about it.

What is the full url? Tried .co.uk and .com and they are both available to buy so not them.

ahh you missed an S. important in URLs to get it spot on.

Registered in China and only created last month, barges and poles spring to mind.

No UK address, no UK landline phone number = again barges and poles..

Website seems not to want to give you a CN address either, If you have a problem they will supply you with an address?

Didnt the picture on the main page put you off when its backwards?

Moment of madness I suppose. I honestly didn't give it any thought which isn't like me.

Have no resigned myself to the fact that I've been conned and now wondering how I go about reporting this. Would Trading Standards be my first port of call to see if they can put me in touch with someone internationally?

You said you paid by card so you first port of call is your bank to get your money back.
